On Saturday, Manipur Police announced the deployment of anti-drone systems in response to recent drone and rocket attacks targeting civilians. The announcement came amid reports of renewed violence in Jiribam district, which left five people dead. Inspector General of Police (Intelligence) K Kabib informed reporters that a robust anti-drone system has been put in place, and efforts are underway to acquire additional weapons to counter the ongoing attacks on civilians.
