Gold and Silver Prices on June 17, 2024: Gold Dips, Silver Trades Higher on MCX

Precious metals showed mixed trends in the Indian markets today. Gold is trading lower on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), while silver prices have recorded a hike on Monday, June 17.


Gold futures, maturing on August 5, 2024, stood at Rs 71,955 per 10 grams, after a marginal dip of Rs 10 or 0.01 per cent. The previous close was Rs 71,965.















Meanwhile, silver futures, due on July 5, 2024, witnessed a hike of Rs 65 or 0.07 per cent and were retailing at Rs 89,155 per kg on the MCX, compared to the previous close of Rs 89,090.
